- Any cancelations must be made within 2 weeks of the event. All bookings will require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Please note
- Subject to favorable weather conditions and helicopter maintenance; if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- Private charters must depart and arrive at different heliports per regulations. Please note: departure Heliport at airport will be different on weekdays vs. weekends.
- Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control and temporary flight restrictions.
- Maximum weight 1000 lbs (453 kg) combined in 3 passenger MD-530 helicopter
- Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.
- Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on parent’s lap.
- Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.
